THE ORIGIN
After a near-death experience that transformed her understanding of stress, Conceição Espada spent decades integrating neuroscience, mindfulness, Chi Kung and creative expression into a coherent framework accessible to anyone — regardless of age, background or profession.
The result is a method that addresses stress not as a symptom to suppress, but as information to understand and transform.

Stress is rarely experienced in isolation. Empathy — toward oneself and others — rebuilds the relational fabric that chronic stress erodes. It is both a value and a practice.

Understanding the difference between feeling and being overwhelmed by a feeling. Awareness creates space between stimulus and response — the space where choice lives.
