P.E.A.C.E. YOUTH

Building resilience
from an early age.

Emotional skills are not innate — they are learned. The earlier a child develops tools for self-regulation, empathy and awareness, the more equipped they become for everything life will ask of them.

Children · Ages 6–12
Emotional foundations for the years that shape everything

Through play, movement, creative expression and guided awareness, young children develop the vocabulary and tools to understand and communicate their inner world — building a foundation for lifelong wellbeing.

Individual Small group Schools
Adolescents · Ages 13–17
Navigating identity, pressure and change

Adolescence is one of the most stressful periods of life — and one of the most overlooked. This programme addresses academic pressure, social anxiety, digital overwhelm and the search for identity with honest, non-judgmental tools.

Individual Group Schools
Young Adults · Ages 18–25
The transition years — starting university, entering the workforce, building identity

Between 18 and 25, the world expands fast. This programme helps young adults develop the emotional regulation and self-awareness needed to navigate this period without losing themselves to its demands. Available individually and in structured group formats at universities and organisations.
